Der Film „Woman Who Came Back“ basiert auf einer mündlichen Erzählung der Ältesten aus der Region Tlicho aus den Nordwest-Territorien in Kanada. Die Geschichte folgt der historischen Reise der ersten Tlicho um mit den Europäern im 18. Jahrhundert Kontakt zu machen. Nachdem sie unterworfen und gezwungen wurde, mit einem benachbarten Stamm zu reisen, flieht die Protagonistin zu einem Handelsposten. Dort lernt sie neue Fertigkeiten und Erkenntnisse, die sie zurück zu ihrer Heimat bringt.

The Woman Who Came Back is based on an oral narrative shared by elders from the Tlicho region of the Northwest Territories. After being subjugated and forced to travel with a neighbouring tribe, the protagonist escapes to a trading post where she learns of new knowledge that she brings back to her region. The film is the result of an 18-month research collaboration between youth and elders in the community of Behchoko, and filmmaker Adolfo Ruiz.

A short film based on a true story: One night reveals a culture of violence when a Native American woman narrowly escapes sexual assault. A Big Black Space aims to show how the hypersexualization of Native women, or the „Pocahontas fantasy“ can be truly problematic for actual Native women.

Revolt and Rebellion on the Río Grande, traces the seminal events and colonial entradas that has shaped the deeply contested territories of the US-Mexico borderlands. Native and Chicana narrators recall this living history through memory, play, humor and song.

Iroquois Creation Story is an animated film that will welcome visitors and help introduce people to the Iroquois/Haudenosaunee/Seneca cultures, beliefs and worldview. A cinematic hybrid, the film combines traditional animation with footage of flesh-and-blood dancers performing in animated settings. The filmmakers have enlisted the talents of the Garth Fagan Dancers (Lion King) based in Rochester and the Iroquois Dancers and Singers; the film has an original musical score by Brent Michael Davids. The director is Cat Ashworth, who teaches at RIT and who Jemison has worked with on other video projects. The animation was created by students, graduates, and faculty from SOFA.
